Are the most efficient and cost effective solution available today that treats surface disinfection while also addressing airborne contamination. Our ultrasonic, fogging nozzle atomizes disinfectant to 10 microns or smaller ensuring complete, touchless coverage of an area.
And because ultrasonic fog dispersion can cover an exponentially large area faster than any other sprayer or mister on the market today, you are assured a healthier environment at a lower material and labor cost.
One of the key attributes of electrostatic sprayers is that they give a positive charge to liquids or disinfectant solution during the spraying process. The charged droplets help the disinfectant stick to and coat surfaces being sprayed.
Comparatively, Dry Fog nozzles also add a static charge to droplets. However, it is accomplished without the requirement of electricity through static build in the air lines. This provides the same capability of electrostatic sprayers without the need for recharging batteries or replacing batteries over time with additional advantages.
Dry Fog will have droplets 98% below 10um in size with an average size of around 3.9um. Electrostatic sprayers range from 40-110um in size. This allows Dry Fog to effectively collide with airborne bacteria and viruses, deactivating them in the air, while electrostatic sprayers droplets are too large for airborne capture.
Dry Fog through manipulation of the solution pressure can create larger droplets by using the high “turn-down ratio” of the nozzle, which allows the dry fog system to go from 0.1um droplets all the way to 500um droplets with the same nozzle and only small manipulation of the solution regulator.
In comparison a single gallon of solution with a 3.9um droplet will fill an area of 42,000 square feet, while an electrostatic sprayer even at best with 40um will fill only 5,177 square feet or 8 times less surface area coverage.
Due to the smaller droplets, they also will not drop out of the air as quickly, providing much better dwell time with the fog, allowing it to contact more areas and for longer periods of time.
